Robert Santos, also a third generation investment banker, learned the basics and, later on, the more advanced concepts of investing theory and analysis through discussions with his father and grandfather.

Robert Santos was a member of the Citi Bank group for many years, where he managed loan processing and project financing.

Richard Stein is the Chief Risk Officer of Citizens. He joined Citizens in May of 2023 as Executive Vice President and Senior Risk Advisor.

Miroslaw Jerzy works closely with Property Management and Compliance to accurately process, report and monitor the operations of the company.

After earning a Master of Forensic Psychology degree from Argosy University in Arlington, VA, Yuen Qiu began his social services career at a restorative justice non-profit organization.

Since then, he has worked in a variety of social service environments, expanding his case management and leadership skills, while becoming an expert in HUD supported programs. In 2012, John joined us as a Service Coordinator.
